The City Strategies Contest 2017 Final: Capital Cities of Federal Subjects will be held at the All-Russian Strategic Development Forum "Cities of Russia 2030: Crossroads of Opportunities" (16 November 2017, Yekaterinburg). The Contest Semifinal held on October 23 at the XVI All-Russia Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Implementation Tools and Resources". The final shortlist includes Kazan, Tomsk, Volgograd and Perm.
