An anniversary of the adoption of the first strategic plan in Russia and the 20th anniversary of strategic planning in Russia includes a list of organisations, having been actively involved in developing strategic documents for federal subjects and municipalities in 1997-2017.

A preliminary list of organisations that have developed at least four strategic documents and have had a significant impact on the strategic consulting market, the theory and practice of strategic planning in Russia, published on the website of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning.
