The Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko started the XVI All-Russia Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Implementation Tools and Resources". During the first plenary meeting, he welcomed Forum participants and guests, and pointed out a key role the Strategic Planning Forum 2017 plays, being held in the year of the 20th anniversary of strategic planning in Russia.
