Summary

There are several cities with over one million inhabitants in Russia that have a long and successful experience of strategic planning. During master class you can study three presentations of strategic planning experts, who have started to develop strategies in the late 1990s and early 2000s and managed to have a major impact on the city development by using the strategic planning tool.
